Bahrain Self Defense, is pleased to announce the latest addition to our training classes catered for our young girls.
The training is tailored to acquire survival skills and to be more aware of their surroundings.
Physical fitness is a must to keep our girls to the required level of fitness that will keep them fit and healthy.
